Canon merilis camera terbarunya CANON EOS 70D yang merupakan penerus dari CANON EOS 60D. Kamera ini memiliki dukungan teknologi Dual Pixel CMOS AF System yang bisa melakukan autofocus phase detect yang lebih cepat. Dengan dilengkapi layar sentuh LCD vari-angle 3 inchi ditambah konektivitas WiFi semakin mempermudah control kamera ini.
Peningkatan dari EOS 60D yang lainnya adalah resolusi di sensor CMOS APS-C 20,2 MP, sedangkan EOS 60D, hanya dibekali 18,1 MP. Prosesor Digic 5+ dan 19 titik AF cross type menambah tangguh kamera ini.
Dipasaran Canon EOS 70D ditawarkan dengan kisaran harga 13 juta.
